Set Up Your Way
Formed in 2016, Proton Guitars has grown as word about their guitar and bass service has spread. We'll do our very best to ensure that you are satisfied with how your instrument looks and plays.
WHAT WE DO
Services, set-ups and repairs. We offer competitive rates for our standard service charge. Any optional extras such as new strings/electronics/fret work will be charged for accordingly. You will be notified before any extra work is undertaken. We can give you a quote free of charge by simply emailing us.
GUITARS
We offer a variety of services for your beloved guitars. If you have a specific play style, we'll happily keep that in mind. On the other hand, if you are unsure of a problem or unhappy with how your guitar is playing, we'll take a look and see if there are any necessary adjustments.
EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN
Though we primarily focus on guitars and bass guitars, we often handle other types of stringed instruments like bass vi's and acoustic guitars. If a problem arises that we are unable to solve, we have strong connections with professional acoustic guitar luthiers who we can recommend.
BASS GUITARS
Bass Guitars are often the toughest instruments to get playing well, but with extensive knowledge of these beasts we'll make sure we have it set right for your playing style. Whether you're a fast player or chordal master, our flexibility in adjustments allows us to 'set up your way'.
